As we expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated individual to enhance our customer service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to both existing clients and potential customers, processing policy modifications, maintaining comprehensive product knowledge, and addressing client inquiries with professionalism.
Compensation: $3, $5,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer policy change requests efficiently.
- Verify and update customer contact information during interactions.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Respond to inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales inquiries within designated timeframes.
- Encourage customer referrals and explain our referral program.
- Provide clients with information about new products and services.
- Greet all customers entering the office in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Facilitate premium payments from customers.
- Utilize each customer interaction as an opportunity for cross-selling and upselling financial products.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
