Clinical Nurse Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington. As a key member of our Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients across the life span and continuum of care. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care that considers the physical, emotional, social, economic, and spiritual needs of each individual.
">Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to clinic patients via telemedicine, virtual, and face-to-face care, including care coordination and transition management, triage, invasive and non-invasive procedures, nurse-led visits, and medication management. You will also track patient laboratory, radiology, and referral results to completion, and evaluate at-risk patients. In addition, you will assist licensed practitioners in performing complicated physical examinations, treatments, and diagnostic procedures.
">Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must possess a valid Registered Nurse License that has not elapsed/expired, and have an Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's Degree in Nursing. You must also be a United States Citizen and have a strong understanding of evidence-based practice and quality improvement principles. We offer a competitive salary range of $99,552 - $129,423, with opportunities for growth and development.
