Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will have relevant skills or formal training in areas such as electrical systems, plumbing, glass and tile work, appliance repair, carpentry, and landscaping. A proactive attitude towards assisting in various maintenance-related tasks is essential.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate of $35.00, based on experience. A full apartment discount is available.

Requirements:

Applicants should possess 3 to 5 years of experience in property management maintenance for a minimum of 200 units, with technical training being advantageous. HVAC/CFC certifications are mandatory.
