Qualifications:

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate of $35.00, based on experience. A full apartment discount is available.

Requirements:

Applicants should possess 3 to 5 years of experience in property management maintenance for a minimum of 200 units, with technical training being advantageous. HVAC/CFC certifications are mandatory. Candidates must be prepared for emergency calls, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
