Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs and goals
  • Provide physical therapy services, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in electronic medical records
Requirements
  • Degree: Doctoral degree in physical therapy
  • Licensure: Current PT licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Certifications: BLS certification
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a physical therapist
