Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their tax needs and provide personalized service.
  • Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Provide tax planning and audit support to clients, helping them navigate complex tax issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and generate business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations, completing continuing education requirements and meeting all IRS and applicable state requirements.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of tax experience, with a focus on individual tax returns and tax planning.
  • CPA or Enrolled Agent certification, or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues, both in person and virtually.
  • Comfort working with virtual tools, including video conferencing and chat.
