Job Title: Computed Tomography Specialist

International SOS Government Medical Services is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality imaging services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform CT scans and plain film radiology studies to assist in medical diagnosis and treatment.
  • Obtain high-quality images for healthcare professionals to aid in medical diagnosis and treatment.
  • Develop, recommend, and implement policies and procedures related to the delivery of safe, efficient, and quality imaging services.
  • Represent the imaging department in long-range planning, monitoring, auditing, and evaluating the quality of services provided.
  • Identify staffing needs and adjust for clinical volume rates.
  • Define position competencies for imaging modalities and provide staff training.
Requirements:
  • Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) to perform CT scans and x-rays.
  • Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
  • Common Access Card (CAC) or ability to obtain one.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English to effectively communicate.
  • US Citizen.
  • US DOS clearance or ability to obtain one required.
  • Ability to relocate to Iraq.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience on a military site, working as a government subcontractor or prime contractor.
  • Minimum 1 year recent CT and radiology imaging practical experience.
  • Maintain continuing education activities.
  • Experience with digital acquisition and transmission of images desired.
