Job Title: Radiologic Technologist - Computed Tomography X-Ray Specialist

The Radiologic Technologist - Computed Tomography X-Ray Specialist is responsible for providing a comprehensive range of diagnostic imaging examinations, including X-rays and computed tomography. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide X-ray, diagnostic ultrasound, and CT services to patients.
  • Position patients for radiological procedures and adjust immobilization devices as needed.
  • Operate and maintain radiological equipment, including X-ray machines and CT scanners.
  • Develop and implement radiation protection techniques to minimize exposure to patients and staff.
  • Document patient care services in patient and department records.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years recent experience as a Radiology Technician, including 6 months within the last year.
  • Unrestricted license or certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working on a military site as a government subcontractor or prime contractor.
  • U.S. Military Radiology Technician technical school training certification (4R0X1, 68P, HM-8451).
