Estate Transaction Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Estate Transaction Specialist to handle the full lifecycle of residential real estate closing transactions including pre-closing, closing, and post-closing processes.

• Collaborate with our expert attorneys and Sr. Real Estate Paralegal to ensure seamless transaction completion.
• Apply knowledge, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills to support the closing process.
• Provide superior customer service to clients, including realtors, home buyers, lenders/banks, brokers, and attorneys.

• At least 2 years of experience in real estate paralegal work.
• Superior attention to detail, particularly with financial documents and real estate contracts.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects with varying timelines and stages.
• Exceptional client engagement and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Qualia, SoftPro Select, and/or SoftPro.
• Willingness to work onsite in Huntersville, NC.
