Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Travel to client sites within the State of Wisconsin to meet with clients and build relationships
  • Estimate and create competitive bids for commercial construction projects
  • Collaborate with the construction and service divisions to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements:
  • Five or more years of estimating and sales experience for commercial construction
  • Three or more years of Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning experience
  • Ability to travel to client sites within the State of Wisconsin
  • Solid work history and a strong track record of success
  • US citizenship or possession of a green card

This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $65,000 plus commission, which could put total compensation over $100,000. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a stable workload with diverse clients across various industries.
