This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and systems through effective maintenance and repair. The ideal candidate will possess strong welding knowledge, handyman abilities, and the ability to work independently.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment
  • Maintain and repair facility infrastructure, including lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems
  • Read and interpret schematics to understand equipment layouts and systems
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules with minimal disruption to operations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems effectively
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication within the team and across departments
