The One 23 Group is currently seeking a Junior Software/Web Engineer to support our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support for website development and database management within the Intelligence Community.
  • Administer, maintain, and enhance SharePoint sites and subsites.
  • Ensure daily updates to application functionality on websites as per requests.
  • Perform services related to SharePoint Site Collection.
  • Manage permissions for site collections in line with the SharePoint Security Model.
  • Evaluate and recommend enhancements to the SharePoint Security Model.
  • Create and modify site templates, including the development of Style Sheets.
  • Monitor SharePoint sizing and usage, developing solutions to prevent performance issues.
  • Submit requirements for infrastructure provisioning as needed.
Qualifications:
  • 1 - 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Visual Basic and modern programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, HTML, and others.
  • Experience with geospatial software like MAPINFO and ESRI Arc suite.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in designing and implementing web applications and services using SharePoint.
  • Strong analytical skills for data routines in a web services environment.
  • Testing and debugging expertise.
  • Experience in managing SharePoint architecture and site collections.
  • Basic experience in site management using SharePoint and Active Directory.
  • Ability to streamline intranet site collections.
  • Experience in configuring SharePoint web applications with SSL and claims-based authentication.
  • Proficient in resolving customer order discrepancies and requests.
  • Experience with Master pages for design modifications.
  • Basic experience in developing templates for site pages and governance documents.
  • Problem-solving skills to develop effective solutions.
