Position Specific Overview
This position entails being a pivotal member of the corporate strategic initiatives team. The focus is on addressing intricate challenges and enhancing operational efficiency across various business sectors, including renewable energy (wind, solar, and battery) and corporate support functions.
The strategic initiatives team operates as an internal consultancy, collaborating with senior leadership to pinpoint and tackle significant business hurdles, perform analyses, define solutions, and prepare the organization for implementation.
This role will leverage management consulting expertise to engage with internal stakeholders and external partners throughout all phases of strategic projects.
