  • Collaborate with college offices to provide comprehensive support services to honors students.
  • Manage assessment processes and maintain accurate student records.
  • Identify funding opportunities to support program growth and development.
  • Stay abreast of best practices in honors education and advocate for innovative approaches.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Higher Education or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in academic advising, preferably within an honors program setting.
  • Demonstrated commitment to student success and fostering inclusive learning environments.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
