Job Title: Senior Project Manager

At Milrose Consultants LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities and collaborating with a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to ensure effective communication among city officials, clients, and executives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and lead project activities to achieve objectives and schedules.
  • Manage deliverables, including project plans, risk tracking, and meeting minutes.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, and Filing Representatives to meet client schedules.
  • Oversee full project lifecycle from initiation to deployment for multiple initiatives.
  • Define Scope of Work and specifications for services.
  • Manage project engagement, including vendor relationships and communications.
  • Track projects through municipal processes to sign-off or occupancy.
  • Serve as the main contact for internal departments and clients.
  • Review packages with the Project Manager before municipal submission.
  • Circulate RFIs and follow up until completion.
  • Update Salesforce (WAVE) with project information and progress.
  • Meet monthly productivity goals set by the Production Manager.
  • Communicate project milestones, such as filings and approvals, to internal and external teams.
  • Ensure alignment of projects with strategic objectives.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures for project execution.
  • Conduct internal quality control checks and resolve team conflicts.
  • Notify management of any project issues and assist as a filing representative when needed.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and three to five years of comparable experience required.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are essential, along with solid listening abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Capable of working independently, leading a team, and collaborating with other internal departments effectively.
  • Strong ability to research, interpret, and communicate through various municipality portals or websites.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high-volume production environment while maintaining the highest levels of customer care and a friendly, cooperative attitude in both verbal and written communication.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel (creation and editing), PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Adobe Acrobat.
Compensation and Benefits:

Milrose Consultants LLC is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Salary ranges are determined through alignment with market data. Base salary offered is determined by several factors including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and skills.

  • Annual Salary Range $77,000.00-$100,000.00 USD
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position with a hybrid schedule of four days in the office and one day working from home, requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Travel to client site or municipal agency as expected for this position. Associate may be required to attend meetings at the discretion of management and/or if it is project related.
