Territory Sales Representative

Herc Rentals is seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing business relationships with companies and individuals within your designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow revenue through daily visits to customer job sites and offices
- Develop a network of potential clients and maintain regular contact through phone and internet
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve desired results
- Maintain and exceed sales quotas by renting and selling equipment
- Understand customer needs and market conditions to provide effective solutions
- Penetrate customers at the strategic level to diversify the customer base
- Support all team members
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Promotions, Advertising Sales, or Business Administration
- Proven track record of 3-5 years of outside sales experience in the industrial market and/or heavy equipment industry
- Ability to drive and operate multiple types of vehicles and equipment
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow up with customers in a timely manner
- Adaptability and ability to work in unfamiliar environments
- Attention to detail
- Multi-tasking and project management skills
- Customer service focus
- Ability to react to changing business needs
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
