Cardiology LPN

Job Summary

Baptist Health is seeking a skilled Cardiology LPN to join our team. As a Cardiology LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' unique needs.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements

• Active LPN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) may be required based on department.
• Ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
