Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage a team of nurses, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement operational improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and staff engagement.
- Collaborate with department leaders to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a culture of excellence.
- Identify and address any issues or concerns that may impact patient care or staff morale.
- Participate in performance improvement activities and contribute to the development of departmental goals and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing and current licensure in the state of practice.
- Minimum of two to four years of clinical nursing experience in a similar setting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
