Work Schedule:
This role operates on a Hybrid Remote schedule, allowing for two work-from-home days each week, specifically on Monday and Friday, with the remaining days spent in the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with all established Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) policies and procedures.
  • Determine pricing structures and provide quotes for a variety of services including less-than-truckload (LTL), truckload (TL), logistics, and other offerings.
  • Manage incoming, unsolicited inquiries from potential clients to convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Facilitate the referral of leads to external sales representatives for future business prospects, while providing necessary support.
  • Achieve established sales and conversion targets set for the commercial sales team.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls, including follow-ups, to qualify new leads within a targeted market.
  • Stay informed about the company's service offerings in relation to business operations.
  • Document all sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for effective knowledge management and reporting.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations to customers as needed.
  • Investigate and resolve customer service and operational challenges.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • A degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Two to three years of experience in customer service, sales, or pricing is necessary.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring timely and accurate work.
  • Self-motivated, problem-solving skills, and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent prioritization skills for daily tasks and assignments.

Work Environment:
This position is situated in a professional office setting, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers, and filing systems. The role is performed in a stable environment with minimal temperature fluctuations and is generally free from hazards.
