Network Infrastructure Specialist

US Electrodynamics Inc. is seeking a highly skilled IT/Network Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our network engineering team, you will be responsible for configuring, installing, analyzing, testing, troubleshooting, and evaluating various network devices, systems, and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Installation and Configuration: Set up and support workstations, servers (both physical and virtual), and network equipment, including firewalls, routers, and switches. Design and implement customer services in our network.
- End User Support: Provide technical assistance to users facing hardware and software issues.
- Maintenance: Keep servers and network equipment updated with the latest firmware and software releases, implement patches, and schedule upgrades.
- Network Health: Focus on ensuring the high availability and performance of network solutions to meet business and customer requirements.
- Communication: Effectively communicate technical information within the Network Engineering team.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively on team projects and troubleshoot network or IT-related issues.
- Applicant must be local to Brewster, WA area or willing to relocate to a rural environment. On-site 5 days a week required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Associate's degree in computer science or related field.
- Three years of related experience.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (experience can substitute for the degree).
- Five or more years of related experience.
- Hourly Wage Range: $54.00 per hour, depending on experience.
