Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Kitchen Aide to join our team at Element Care. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of food service operations, including food preparation, serving, and cleaning.
  • Order and receive all meals, bulk food supplies, paper, plastic, and other kitchen essentials.
  • Restock and maintain all kitchen supplies in a neat and orderly fashion.
  • Monitor and record hot and cold temperatures on all prepared foods, ensuring compliance with food safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including all equipment and utensils.
  • Prepare light breakfasts as needed.
  • Coordinate the preparation, serving, and cleanup of luncheon meals, including special meals per dietary order.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • ServSafe Certification preferred.
  • Current CPR Certification preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the food service industry or equivalent.
