About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist to join our team at BlueWave Solutions. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our internal IT infrastructure, including servers and clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • IT Infrastructure Planning and Management: Plan, configure, and manage our IT systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues and problems in a timely and effective manner.
  • User Support and Training: Provide technical support and training to our users to ensure they are proficient in using our IT systems.
  • System Documentation: Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date system documentation to ensure that all stakeholders have access to relevant information.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Relevant Technical Knowledge: Completed training as an IT specialist or relevant professional experience with demonstrable technical and practical knowledge.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office standard software.
  • Server Environment Expertise: Thorough knowledge of MS server environments, including server, exchange, SQL server, etc.
  • Strong Work Ethic: Structured, responsible, reliable, and independent work style.
  • Driver's License: Driver's license class B.
