Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex issues with bus engines, transmissions, and other systems
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes and tire rotations
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
  • Document all work performed and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience as an automotive or heavy equipment mechanic
  • Equivalent to completion of 12th grade, plus verified completion of an external 2-year training program in automotive or heavy-duty truck maintenance and repair
  • Valid California Class A or B commercial Driver License with Air Brake and Passenger Endorsements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
