Job Title: Mechanic Associate

Round1 Entertainment is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanic Associate to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Mechanic Associate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing arcade games and bowling equipment, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer complaints and analyze machine malfunctions to identify the root cause.
  • Assist the Facility Manager with installation, maintenance, and repairs of arcade games and bowling equipment.
  • Identify and troubleshoot common problems with controls and audio systems.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Keep a clean and organized workshop.
  • Work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays, as well as overtime to support business needs.
Qualifications:
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid communication skills and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high levels of noise and activity.
Work Environment:
  • Work in a bowling center/arcade environment with high levels of noise and activity.
  • Regularly stand and walk for extended periods without breaks.
