Dishroom Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our dining areas.

• Wash and sanitize all dishes, pots, and pans to ensure they are spotless and ready for use.
• Segregate and remove trash and recyclables, and place them in designated containers.
• Sweep and mop floors, and clean all surface areas, including worktables, walls, and refrigerators.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, and restock tools and supplies for the next shift.
• Maintain accurate temperature logs and keep the walk-in cooler/freezer organized.
• Assist cooks in properly prepping, storing, and dating food.

• Previous experience in a food service environment is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift, carry, or pull heavy objects.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks.
