Dishroom Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Dishwasher at Flores Concepts. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our dining areas.

• Wash and sanitize all kitchen utensils, equipment, and serviceware to ensure a clean and safe environment for our guests and staff.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including sweeping and mopping floors, and restocking supplies.
• Collaborate with cooks to ensure proper food handling, storage, and dating procedures are followed.
• Monitor and maintain temperature logs, and keep the walk-in cooler and freezer organized.

• Previous experience in a food service environment is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift, carry, or pull heavy objects.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
