Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Representative - Premier Dietary Supplements to join our team in Salt Lake City, UT. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support through phone, email, and other channels.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Assist in identifying new opportunities with existing customers and ensure new leads are properly routed to the sales function.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the dietary supplement industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of LIMS and CRM software systems, as well as Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills.
Salary

$25-$28/hour
