Clinical Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate clinician to join our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) team. As an ACCS Clinician, you will play a vital role in supporting the recovery journey of individuals facing mental health challenges.
ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans using a trauma-informed approach
- Providing clinical expertise and guidance to program participants and outreach staff
- Collaborating with other service providers and DMH staff to ensure comprehensive care
- Completing essential paperwork and assessments to ensure treatment plans are up-to-date
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A clinical master's degree
- A Massachusetts clinical license or license-eligible status
- Experience providing clinical and recovery services to individuals with mental illness
- Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills
