Position Summary
This role is crucial to the research and development sector of the organization, which has consistently generated increasing revenue over recent years. The selected candidate will be part of a pioneering team that is recognized for its excellence in the market and is committed to expanding its influence.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate electrical designs, schematics, and systems.
- Engage in the design and development of both digital and analog electronic systems, including high-voltage applications.
- Conduct product-level electrical design tasks.
- Execute circuit design, schematic capture, and PCB design/layout.
- Oversee product development from initial concept through to market launch.
- Work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure products are optimized for high-volume production.
- Coordinate with contract manufacturers and component suppliers to guarantee quality deliverables.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline, along with relevant industry experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical design.
- Proficiency in PCB design, particularly with Altium software.
- Experience with power electronic systems and architectures.
- Knowledge of high voltage and power conversion topologies, including DC-DC and AC-DC.
- Experience in design and development from concept to production.
- Familiarity with EMI/EMC design principles.
Base Salary: $140,000 - $165,000
Bonus: 10%
