Business Development Manager Opportunity

At GrowthWise Search Partners, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our company footprint in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors.

Your Mission

Your primary objective will be to identify and secure clients in the renewable energy, infrastructure, and sustainable energy industries. You will utilize your sales knowledge and experience to:

  • Identify and prospect for potential clients
  • Set and conduct meetings with prospective clients and referral partners
  • Create and present proposals to prospective clients
  • Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections
  • Monitor results according to sales budget and sales goals
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a sales role and an understanding of the sales cycle
  • Excitement to work with an entrepreneurial growing company as part of a small team
  • Desire for maximizing your earnings potential
  • Ability to travel frequently for customer meetings

What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $80,000 plus commissions, paid monthly. Anticipated OTE is $160k+ annually. You will also be provided with comprehensive medical, dental, and vision health insurance options, a 401k plan with company match, paid holidays, paid time off, and a suite of additional company benefits.

Work Environment

You will work 100% remotely from your home office with frequent travel to visit customer accounts throughout California. Occasional overnight travel for conferences may be required.
