Business Development Associate

Venture Solar is seeking a skilled Business Development Associate to join our team.
This is not a lead generation role, but rather a position for experienced sales representatives who are closers with a track record of success in sales.
We schedule qualified appointments for you to meet with homeowners and close deals with the best combination of products and services in the industry.
Our approach focuses on educating customers about the benefits of solar energy and addressing their concerns to make an informed decision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Present and sell our solar solutions to homeowners, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
- Work with our appointment setting teams to schedule and prepare for meetings.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

Requirements:
- Proven sales experience and track record of success.
