We are seeking compassionate and experienced caregivers to join our team at FirstLight HomeCare of Lansing, MI. As a caregiver with our company, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with light housekeeping
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
