At Denver Springs, a 96-bed behavioral health facility, we are committed to our mission of transforming lives through effective mental health and addiction treatment. The Assessment department is crucial in achieving this mission.


As a Clinical Assessment Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating the needs of individuals who walk in or call for assistance, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate services.
- Assisting in the scheduling of initial psychiatric evaluations for patients experiencing substance abuse, dual diagnosis, or emotional disorders, and effectively communicating their symptoms to the psychiatrist for optimal care recommendations.
- Referring and triaging patients to additional treatment resources when necessary.
- Responding to inquiries regarding treatment options and the facility, documenting interactions, and setting appointments for those seeking help.
- Collaborating with the business office to facilitate a seamless admission process.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have prior experience in clerical duties. We seek individuals who are dedicated to providing compassionate care and support to those in need.
