Job Summary:

The Seasonal Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting sales efforts during peak seasons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet and acknowledge every customer, answer questions, and provide assistance with purchases.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the front end, sales floor, and stockroom.
  • Sales Support: Be knowledgeable of all promotions and advertisements, and assist with selling product.
  • Receiving and Merchandising: Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, and merchandising product.
  • Communication: Communicate customer needs to Team Leaders when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Availability: Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate effectively and preserve confidentiality of information.
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks and activities.

Physical Requirements:

  • Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Pushing and Pulling: Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
  • Standing and Bending: Ability to stand for extended periods and bend and twist frequently.

Pay and Benefits:

New Hire Starting Pay: $15.25
