Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Psychologist to join our team at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. The successful candidate will conduct structured psychological diagnostic evaluations, provide cognitive behavioral psychotherapy, and conduct statistical analysis and manuscript development as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct psychological diagnostic evaluations and cognitive behavioral psychotherapy for adults.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with research team to design and implement clinical studies, collect and analyze data, and develop research manuscripts.
  • Attend research meetings and contribute to the development of research protocols and procedures.
Requirements
  • Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology (Ph.D, PsyD, etc.) or MD in Psychiatry required.
  • Two years of related experience in clinical research or practice.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent diagnostic, therapeutic, and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with research participants and colleagues.
  • Advanced statistical analysis skills and experience with data analysis software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
Technical Qualifications
  • Licensure to practice psychology in Maryland, with the ability to maintain current licensure and certification during employment.

Starting Salary Range: Min $ Max $46.44 HRLY ($75,900 targeted; Commensurate with experience)
