Job Title: Ford Master Certified Service Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ford Master Certified Service Technician to join our team at Rock Hill Ford. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
  • Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to ensure customers are informed of any additional services needed.
  • Provide estimates of time needed for additional repairs and execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Service Technician experience required.
  • Ford Master Certification required.
  • A-level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
  • Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies.
  • Ambitious, hardworking presence in a team environment.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and learn new technology, repair, and service procedures and specifications.
  • Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
