We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ford Master Certified Service Technician to join our team at Rock Hill Ford. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
- Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to ensure customers are informed of any additional services needed.
- Provide estimates of time needed for additional repairs and execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
- 5+ years of Service Technician experience required.
- Ford Master Certification required.
- A-level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
- Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies.
- Ambitious, hardworking presence in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and learn new technology, repair, and service procedures and specifications.
- Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Competitive salary range: $75,000 - $105,000/year.
