- Master's Degree: A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
- Licensure: LMSW, LMHC, LMFT, or related licensed clinical degree is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience in a behavioral health setting is required, with clinical experience preferred.
- Skills: Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and experience with electronic health records are required. Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills are essential.
