Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at the DaVita Burnsville Dialysis Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our clinical teams. Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including taking and monitoring vital signs, initiating and terminating dialysis, and documenting patient treatments.
  • Formulate dialysis plans per physician orders, verify safety measures, and administer medications or other appropriate treatments.
  • Analyze patient assessments, laboratory data, and communicate concerns to the physician.
  • Assess patient and family learning readiness and provide information on renal disease, prescribed dialysis treatment, and medical regimen.
Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg is helpful but not required.
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) is a plus.
