Job DescriptionJob Description

Responsibilities:

- Create, compile, and produce accurate documentation for customers.

- Utilize engineering document database systems to create and compile engineering user manuals.

- Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.

- Transmit electronic copies and print hard copies of user manuals as required.

- Train new employees on documentation processes and work instructions.

- Perform other work-related tasks as necessary.

Requirements:

- Knowledge of MS Office Suite.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Experience with Adobe PDF and ERP systems.

Work Arrangements:

- Hybrid schedule with remote work on Mondays and Fridays.

- Day shift, 8 hours/day.

- OT offered but not required.

Compensation:

- $18-19.50/hour.

Education:

- High school diploma or GED required.
