Job Summary:
Ideal Option PLLC is seeking an experienced Addiction Medicine Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission to give back lives, reunite families, and heal communities affected by substance use disorder.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-office assessments to determine the appropriateness of office-based buprenorphine therapy
- Obtain patient histories, current medications, and allergies
- Perform review of systems and complete physical examinations
- Establish diagnoses and develop treatment plans
- Refer patients for counseling and daily co-sign patient charts
- Induce patients onto buprenorphine and manage gradual induction
- Assess patients for negative side effects and follow up with maintenance evaluations
Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted ARNP or PA License
- Active DEA License
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
