Ideal Option PLLC is seeking an experienced Addiction Medicine Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission to give back lives, reunite families, and heal communities affected by substance use disorder.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-office assessments to determine the appropriateness of office-based buprenorphine therapy
  • Obtain patient histories, current medications, and allergies
  • Perform review of systems and complete physical examinations
  • Establish diagnoses and develop treatment plans
  • Refer patients for counseling and daily co-sign patient charts
  • Induce patients onto buprenorphine and manage gradual induction
  • Assess patients for negative side effects and follow up with maintenance evaluations

Requirements:

  • Active, unrestricted ARNP or PA License
  • Active DEA License
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
