Endoscopy Technician

We are seeking a skilled Endoscopy Technician to join our team at Texas Health Flower Mound. As a PRN Endoscopy Technician, you will assist physicians and nurses with GI procedures, set up endoscopic equipment, and handle instrumentation. If you have a strong background in healthcare and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care, we encourage you to apply.

• Assist physicians and nurses with GI procedures
• Set up endoscopic equipment and handle instrumentation
• Take actions to reduce or eliminate patient risk
• Follow policies, protocols, and guidelines set forth by THR
• Communicate with the manager or educator for unit if any delay or problems exist

• H.S. Diploma or Equivalent required
• 1 year of GI clinical or hospital experience preferred
• CNA - Certified Nurse's Aide upon hire preferred or MA - Medical Assistant upon hire preferred or EMT - Emergency Medical Technician upon hire preferred and BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required
