• Demonstrate project management expertise.


• Experience in managing front office change projects that are desk-facing.


• Background in market risk management.


• Expertise in transformation/change management and PMO, focusing on Capital Markets to address regulatory, audit, risk, and control challenges.


• Familiarity with Markets business and products, including FICC and Equities, as well as regulatory capital.


• Ability to influence and foster collaborative relationships across Global Markets with various stakeholders, including trading desks, finance, operations, technology, and risk management.


• Proficient in analyzing large datasets using SQL and Python is a plus.

Essential Skills:


• Proven track record in strategic project management and delivering complex solutions.


• Experience in front office desk-facing projects.


• Significant background in Capital Markets transformation.


• Extensive experience in scoping, developing, and prioritizing strategic initiatives.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; articulate and persuasive with the ability to provide insightful commentary to senior stakeholders.


• Strong understanding of performance tracking and communication mechanisms.


• Capability to drive changes in business practices by effectively working across a global organization and understanding diverse perspectives.


• Thought leadership in designing target states by engaging stakeholders at various organizational levels.


• Demonstrated analytical skills with a focus on follow-up and problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:


• Minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience.


• Experience in Market Risk and regulatory-related projects.


• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.


• Project Management certifications, such as PMP or equivalent, are a strong advantage.
