About the Opportunity

This is an on-site full-time direct hire position that requires an individual with a strong background in quality assurance and a passion for driving excellence in the Engineering industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control systems to ensure product consistency and efficiency.
  • Conduct PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis) to identify potential risks and implement appropriate control measures.
  • Prepare and manage control plans to ensure product quality and consistency.
  • Ensure compliance with IATF (International Automotive Task Force) standards and guidelines.
  • Use 8D problem-solving methodologies to address and resolve quality issues.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives and improvements.
  • Analyze quality data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to team members on quality assurance matters.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the quality engineering field.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality engineering role in the Engineering industry.
  • Proven experience with PFMEA, control plans, IATF, 8D, and quality control.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in the use of quality management software and tools.
  • Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
