SoC Correlation Product Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to develop system-level test programs for debug, characterization, qualification, and production of SoC devices at Apple.
Key Responsibilities- Perform measurements that directly impact SoC power and performance for various next-generation products.
- Work on groundbreaking technologies and new designs, collaborating with multiple multi-functional teams to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
- Develop case tests, benchmarks, and characterization plans to ensure production testing and silicon characterization activities meet high standards.
- Manage multiple programs at different stages, serving as a central point of contact for multiple teams with direct impact on product.
- Strong technical understanding of semiconductor concepts, including Vmin, power, and the impact of temperature and aging.
- Excellent data exploration, statistical analysis, and summarization skills.
- Experience with system-level characterization using functional tests and correlating to ATE ATPG/BIST content.
- Strong fundamentals of PDN, signal/power integrity, and their impact on Vmin/LVCC.
- Understanding of ATE test fundamentals, including ATPG, SA, TDF, and MBIST.
- Proficiency in one programming/scripting language, such as Python, Perl, or JSL.
- Experience with data analysis tools like JMP, Data Conductor, Optimal+, or Tableau is a plus.
