Position Overview

The Analyst – Client Services role is envisioned as the beginning of a fulfilling and challenging career at Matter Family Office. In the initial years, you will dedicate your time to supporting various client families with differing complexities as part of our client teams alongside Financial Consultants, Directors, and Partners. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Generating balance sheets, allocation reports, performance evaluations, cash flow analyses, and other client documentation
  • Assessing, modeling, analyzing, and rebalancing investment portfolios
  • Assisting client teams in preparing for meetings, following up, and addressing daily client requirements
  • Contributing to various projects and firm-related initiatives

Qualifications
  • BA or BS degree with outstanding academic performance from a reputable 4-year institution (well-qualified graduating seniors or individuals with one to two years of financial services experience will be considered).
  • Proficiency in Excel is preferred.
