Location: Burlington, WA
Salary: $29 - $33 per hour

Shifts: Night Pitman Shift
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician II to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment while working collaboratively with the team on electrical and mechanical projects. This role ensures that production operations run smoothly by maximizing equipment performance, adhering to safety protocols, and resolving issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs to restore equipment to safe working conditions and ensure minimal production downtime.
- Maintain production equipment to maximize operational efficiency and update spare parts inventory levels.
- Install, set up, modify, and relocate machinery to meet production requirements.
- Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic schematics/diagrams.
- Test electrical systems, troubleshoot for continuity, voltage, current, and resistance.
- Adhere to the Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures for equipment being serviced.
- Complete all assigned preventative/predictive maintenance tasks as required.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager and update electrical circuit diagrams as needed.
- Follow company safety regulations and demonstrate safe work practices at all times.
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
- Perform repairs and replacements of components such as motors, relays, PLCs, contactors, limit switches, and valves.
- Handle special assignments and projects as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical/mechanical/pneumatic/hydraulic schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Working knowledge of industrial PCs and PLCs (Siemens Step 7, Beckhoff TwinCat, etc.).
- Familiarity with electric circuitry, relays, control voltage, proximity sensors, and motor controls.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with competing priorities.
- A certificate from a technical trade school or relevant military experience.
