Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Strategic Interventions, LLC. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to adults with severe and persistent mental illness.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing assistance and services to psychiatric and behavioral health patients
  • Monitor psychiatric symptoms and screen for medical issues
  • Coordinate with medical providers and perform clinical care and documentation
  • Participate in on-call crisis rotation as needed
Requirements
  • Associate degree in Nursing and licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of North Carolina
  • Minimum of one year experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in inpatient or outpatient settings
  • Experience with adults with mental illness preferred
