Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital - New Braunfels as a Cardiovascular Technologist I. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing professional patient care and assisting the Cardiologist, Vascular Surgeon, and Radiologist in performing cardiac diagnostic, interventional, and invasive radiology procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in all procedures performed in the invasive cardiology area
  • Support medical care of patients requiring cardiac or peripheral catheterization and/or intervention under the direction of Medical Staff

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent required
  • Graduate of approved School of Radiological Sciences or Allied Health Science program required
  • A minimum of one to three years experience in Cardiac Catheterization procedures preferred

Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications

  • Medical Radiologist Technologist (MRT) through Texas Medical Board (TMB) and American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) required
  • BLS for Healthcare Worker required
  • ACLS certification required within 90 days of employment

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
