About the Role

As a Cardiovascular Imaging Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing equipment before and during procedures
  • Identifying and assessing patient condition
  • Preparing, positioning, and providing patient care
  • Maintaining a sterile environment

You will also serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participate in the orientation of new staff, and use downtime effectively by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and completing other delegated tasks.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Completion of 24-month formal program or military program of Radiologic Technology with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligibility and/or current RCIS certification
  • Previous Procedural Area experience preferred
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technology registration and/or RCIS certification, Cardiovascular (CV) or (CI) and/or (VI) certification preferred
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) training and ACLS training within 6 months of hire

The estimated salary for this position is $27.84-$45.46 per hour, based on previous work experience. Additionally, you will receive:
