Child Development Educator

We are seeking a passionate Child Development Educator to join our team at Otter Learning. As a Floating Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to thrive.

Responsibilities- Plan, direct, and participate in age-appropriate activities designed to promote intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development of children
- Ease children into organized education from infancy to school age using our provided curriculum
- Assist in daily care such as feeding, changing, and nap time
- Maintain interactive and open communication with parents and other team members using our Classroom Management system
- Oversee classroom management, design lesson plans, and fulfill requests made by the Assistant Director/Director
We are looking for experienced and new day care, preschool, toddler, and infant teachers who are ready to begin their career with us. You must be 18 years or older under Licensing standards. Some States will accept 16 years old. Must have high school diploma or GED for Teacher positions and a minimum of 6 months experience or related degree/certification for Assistant Director role and above.
