Nana's House Academy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Infant Teacher to join our team. As an Infant Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the growth and development of infants in our care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide attentive and compassionate care to infants, ensuring a safe and clean environment at all times.
- Implement individualized feeding and nap schedules, bottlefeeding, preparing solid foods, and ensuring proper hygiene.
- Engage in age-appropriate developmental activities that support physical, emotional, social, and cognitive growth.
- Monitor and document infant milestones and developmental progress.
- Constantly supervise infants to ensure their safety, implementing health and safety protocols.
- Provide daily reports to parents regarding feedings, diaper changes, nap times, and milestones.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or CDA (Child Development Associate) preferred.
- Certification in Infant CPR and First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
- Prior experience working with infants in a childcare or early childhood education setting is preferred.
- TEACH Program
- No Weekends
- One-week paid vacation
